Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Service Descriptions

Faulkner's Painting & Paper provides professional painting and related services including interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, drywall repair, and commercial painting services throughout Southern Maryland.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided are free of charge and valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to adjustment upon final inspection of the project scope.

4. Service Agreements

Once you accept an estimate, a service agreement will be established. This agreement will outline the scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and any specific conditions applicable to your project.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial accounts, NET-30 payment terms may be available upon credit approval.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Projects cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start date may be subject to a fee to cover preparation costs.

7. warranties

We warranty our workmanship for two years on residential projects and one year on commercial work. This warranty covers defects in our application process. Paint manufacturer warranties are as specified by the product manufacturer and will be provided upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

Faulkner's Painting & Paper's liability shall be limited to the contract price paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
