It all started in 2010 with a single truck, a handful of brushes, and a simple philosophy: treat every home like it's your own. James Faulkner, a third-generation painter with a passion for color and detail, decided to strike out on his own after years of working for large contractors.
He wanted to do things differently — to build relationships rather than just complete jobs. To take the time to prep surfaces properly instead of rushing through. To leave every job site cleaner than he found it. These core values quickly set Faulkner Painting apart in a crowded market.
What began as a one-man operation in Leonardtown has grown into a trusted team of skilled craftsmen serving thousands of happy clients throughout St. Mary's, Calvert, and Charles counties. But even as we've grown, we've never lost that personal touch that makes every client feel like part of our extended family.
