Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For commercial accounts with approved credit, NET-30 payment terms are available.

2. Deposits

For projects over $5,000, a deposit of 50% may be required to secure scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable if the project is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start date.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our painting services, please notify us within 48 hours of project completion. We will return to address any issues arising from our workmanship at no additional charge.

4. Material Purchases

Paint and materials purchased specifically for your project are non-refundable once opened or mixed. Unopened materials may be returned for credit toward future services within 30 days of purchase.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled project:

  • More than 72 hours notice: Full deposit refund
  • 48-72 hours notice: 50% deposit refund
  • Less than 48 hours notice: No refund of deposit

6. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding payment or services, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue. If necessary, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
